The website oryveniq.com is an informational site describing an upcoming real estate crowdfunding platform in Croatia. Subscribing to the investor list does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract or an obligation to invest.
3. Regulatory framework
Oryveniq d.o.o. operates in line with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers and holds authorisation from the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) under no. 45-2026/OY.
4. Risk warning
Investments in real estate projects through crowdfunding involve the risk of partial or total loss of the invested capital. Yields shown in project descriptions are target and not guaranteed figures. Before any investment consult an independent financial adviser.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site — texts, graphics, logos, photographs and code — is the property of Oryveniq d.o.o. or is used under an appropriate licence. Copying, distribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
