Real estate crowdfunding in Croatia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction projects and urban development. It means pooling capital together with other people to take part in property projects that would be difficult to achieve individually.
Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are directed into a specific project. Once the works are completed and the objectives are met, the profit is distributed proportionally among all participants.
This model allows people with small amounts of capital to invest in large projects such as residential buildings, housing complexes or the refurbishment of existing buildings, which is becoming increasingly relevant in the context of urban development in Croatia.

You choose the project that interests you the most, decide the amount you want to invest and follow the progress of the works through the platform. Once the project is completed, you receive your share of the profit.

02 · Set your amount
You take part from EUR 250. Every share paid in is recorded electronically and the funding status is tracked in real time.
03 · Follow the progress
Through the private portal you receive site reports, supervision certificates and photographs of each phase all the way to handover.
04 · Receive your share
Once the project is completed and units are sold, profit is distributed proportionally to participants directly to your euro IBAN account.
